Our loan officers are all unique.  Therefore, we provide individual, flexible services tailored for each loan officer's needs.

• Loan intake with supporting documents and 3.4 xml file

• Send disclosures, including adding fees for the Loan Estimate

• Order title, insurance, and appraisals upon submission

• Chase and upload conditions.  Once we have our initial loan approval, we will email the borrowers their list of conditions.  The loan officer is copied on all emails to borrowers.

• Get loans clear to close as quickly as possible

• Balance Closing Disclosures with title and lender

• Complete the broker's compliance package
